Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course has had its license renewed for a five-year period by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
The board voted unanimously to renew the Category 1 horse track casino license of Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, LLC, operator of Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Dauphin County. Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association was determined by the board to have fulfilled the obligations under its previously approved casino operator’s license and qualified to have its license renewed.
A process that enables the operator and the public to provide information relevant to the renewal decision was used by the board in its decision making.
