As the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Paradise wraps up ahead of the holidays, WSOP organizers have released the official ‘save the date’ for next year’s series in Las Vegas. The 2025 WSOP is set to run from May 27 through July 16, with the main event slate for July 2-16. For the fourth consecutive year, the WSOP will take place at the Horseshoe Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas.
“As the calendar flips to 2025, we’re looking forward to inviting the global poker community back to the iconic Las Vegas Strip for the 56th annual WSOP,” said Senior Vice President of Poker Operations and World Series of Poker at Caesars Entertainment Jack Effel.
"Building on last year’s triumphs and familiar faces winning WSOP bracelets, we are excited to see who will expand their legacy or become a new legend by passing poker’s ultimate test in the game’s most iconic arena."
“Each year allows us to refine further and improve the WSOP offering, and 2025 will be no exception," said WSOP Chief Executive Officer Ty Stewart. “Expect the biggest poker events on the planet, the best action and the most intense competition as we once again welcome tens of thousands of poker enthusiasts eager to experience the magic of the WSOP.”
The full schedule of events is expected to be announced early next year. According to the press release from WSOP organizers: “Fan favorites, including the Mystery Millions, Millionaire Maker, and the Senior’s Championship, are set to return to the schedule along with some new, exciting tournament formats.”
