Netizen's original submission:
Previously, it was possible to exchange pesos for U, through UU exchange. Now they don't allow it anymore, you have to manually earn their UU exchange account to be able to do it.
During this period, the UU exchange customer service also tactically delayed. They just wouldn't exchange it for an hour or two, dragging it out until the end, and then they said you had to transfer it to a UU account to exchange it.
I've been through gambling customer service, don't bring out those tricks of deceiving people.
Doubts as follows:
1. Previously, it was possible to directly change online through the Jiuding app, but now it has to be done manually, and they tactically delay you in the process, only at the end they say it can be exchanged offline or manually. Then they start saying they can exchange it, but later they say it starts from a minimum of 300,000.
2. They claim that UU exchange is our quality partner, but if it is a partner, why did they have such great authority before, being able to directly transfer through the app's internal system, but not now.
3. What kind of quality partner can get such high cooperation standards?
4. This so-called quality partner, could it just be a department within Jiuding? If there really is a problem, they say it's a partner and has no direct relation with Jiuding, pushing them out to take the blame!
5. Now this quality partner, it's so troublesome to exchange, could it be possible that it's to control user withdrawals? After all, not everyone has the time to go to Jiuding's VIP hall.
6. Under what circumstances do they need to control user withdrawals, I don't need to say more, we who are still in the Philippines have experienced several ups and downs of different platforms.
