According to the latest data from the Wyoming Gaming Commission (WGC), online sports betting in Wyoming exceeded $22.8 million in November.
However, November was not all bad news for sports betting operators in the state, as revenue grew by approximately 78% month-over-month. This figure rose from $1.9 million in October to $3.4 million.
But which sports betting companies contributed to this revenue growth?
Wyoming has five online sports betting companies, four of which reported revenue growth in November. BetMGM Sportsbook reported the largest month-over-month increase, at 414%, with revenue rising from $108.7 million to $558.3 million. Other companies reporting month-over-month growth include Fanatics, FanDuel, and DraftKings, with the latter contributing the most. DraftKings' revenue exceeded $2 million, accounting for about 60% of the state's total monthly revenue.
Caesars Sportsbook was the only operator to see a decline in revenue. Its revenue fell 36% from $52,516 in October to $33,597.
The WGC also released data on the state's historical horse racing (HHR), showing revenue of $16.6 million and betting amounts of $185 million. Both figures are slightly higher than October's $184.4 million in bets and $16.5 million in revenue.
The state's 14 skill game providers attracted about $10.1 million in bets, with net earnings of $2.4 million. Again, both figures are slightly higher than October 2024's $9.8 million in bets and $2.3 million in revenue.
