On the evening of December 24th, Christmas Eve, a shooting occurred in a residential area of the Villa Norte community in Quezon Province, resulting in two deaths and four injuries.
The police confirmed that the two victims were 26-year-old Crisel P. Cayong and 19-year-old Ej Rodriguez.
More shockingly, the police reported that there were a total of 10 suspects! One of them was confirmed to be from the Mountain Area Regional Police Operations Mobile Force, and the other nine ranged in age from 21 to 61.
Currently, except for one who escaped, the remaining nine suspects have been arrested by the police, and further investigations are still ongoing.
It is understood that the Villa Norte community is located in Alabat City, Quezon Province, and is a gathering place for seaside resorts.
