According to the latest research conducted by Kantar in November 2024, the overall satisfaction index of the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is 8.1 (out of 10). Notably, half of the respondents rated the product 10 or 9 points. Customer support service satisfaction scored even higher, at 8.4 (out of 10).
