The Secretariat of Awards and Betting (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance published in the Official Gazette the Ordinance 22, which allows the provisional operation of six more bets. Pixbet, Flabet, Bet da Sorte, MCGames Montecarlosbet and Montecarlos can temporarily continue with the provision of services until they regularize the documentation required by the SPA.
Ordinance 22 grants authorization for the commercial exploitation of the fixed quota betting lottery modality on a provisional basis, in the national territory, of two companies that were not listed on the last day of 2024.
The document includes in the list of authorizations for provisional exploitation of the following companies:
Company: Pixbet Technological Solutions Ltd
Brands: Pixbet, Flabet and Bet da Sorte
Segments: sports theme and online games together
Modality: physical and virtual together
Company: Pernambuco Lottery System Ltd
Brands: MCGames, Montecarlosbet and Montecarlos
Segments: sports theme and online games together
Modality: physical and virtual together
Both companies will have a period of 30 days, extendable for another 30, to regularize the documentation required by the Secretariat of Awards and Betting.
