In this interview, Pablo Bonifacich, Business Development Manager (BDM), shares his insights on leading END 2 END in the iGaming industry. From pioneering advances in Multiplayer Bingo to exploring new sectors and innovations, the executive dives into how the company is shaping the future of online gaming. "The Brazilian market currently stands out as one of the most promising, especially for bingo," he states.
Games Magazine Brazil - How would you describe the role of END 2 END in the current iGaming landscape?
Pablo Bonifacich - As our slogan says, "THE BINGO MULTIPLAYER EXPERT", we specialize in Multiplayer Bingo. It's not just another game in our catalog — it's our main business. Few companies offer such a product and have the capacity to serve the global market. Among this select group, END 2 END stands out as a leader, supported by certifications and licenses in various jurisdictions.
How does END 2 END plan to differentiate itself in such a competitive iGaming market?
On one hand, through the robustness of our product's technology, which allows for almost unlimited scalability, enabling Bingo games with thousands of players and hundreds of thousands of lottery cards simultaneously without compromising performance.
We work hard to ensure that the user experience mirrors that of a physical bingo hall, while leveraging the advantages of technology. Features such as Chat, live draw streaming, a new functionality for claiming prizes, and multi-level jackpots, among many others, set us apart.
Unlike slots or video bingo games, which operate "autonomously", success in Multiplayer Bingo requires defining a strategy, monitoring it, and making adjustments. In this regard, we collaborate closely with operators, sharing the vast experience of our team. The combination of technology and service is what distinguishes us from other products and providers.
What technological innovations are you exploring or implementing to enhance the user experience on your platforms?
Last year, we introduced innovations in online lottery games. We refined aspects of visual design and player interaction, and this year, we will launch them with any operator. Great news is that both the Bingo game and the lottery games integrate through the same API, allowing operators already integrated with Bingo to have instant access to the lottery games.
Additionally, we are introducing our Gaming Platform (PAM), designed specifically to cater to operators who focus exclusively on bingo and/or lottery, but also capable of handling all types of games and verticals.
What are the main goals and expectations of the company for 2025?
Our main goal is to consolidate our current operations and, of course, grow. Our aim is to expand with existing operators and attract new clients. The Brazilian market currently stands out as one of the most promising, especially for Bingo, while markets in Latin America, Asia, and Central and Eastern Europe offer multiple opportunities.
We recently launched the first online bingo in the Czech Republic in partnership with Tipsport and the Loterie Maxa.
We will be at ICE2025 at booth 2A27, ready to answer any questions or concerns. You can also contact us through our website.
