Argentina.- Starting from January 2, 2025, winners of the lottery games in the province of Santa Cruz will receive their prizes more quickly. This was a measure taken by the Santa Cruz Lottery (LOAS) to streamline the payment collection process.
To implement this action, the president of LOAS, Juan Maier along with the team from the Patagonian lottery toured the provincial interior to train the agency owners. The goal of the measure is to expedite prize payments and enhance the customer experience. This allows customers to collect their prizes more accessibly.
From LOAS they highlighted: «This update seeks to improve our service and provide more speed and efficiency to our customers». The scheme that has been in place since this year is as follows:

It was also recalled that according to Law No. 3304, the Santa Cruz Lottery allocates 95 percent of the collected funds to the Ministry of Social Development, Equality and Integration and the Ministry of Health and Environment, in equal parts, who will apply it to programs that improve the lives of the people of Santa Cruz.
