The former head of personnel and operations at SKS365 has joined the executive management team of Kambi to lead the company's global personnel and culture strategy.
Press release.- Kambi Group has appointed Brian Dean as the director of personnel, who, under this appointment, joins the executive management team of Kambi.
As the director of personnel, Dean will oversee all aspects of Kambi's global strategy in personnel matters, including the evolution of the company culture, talent development and leadership capabilities, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and enhancing the employee experience across all locations.
Dean brings extensive experience to this position, most recently from the European betting and gaming operator SKS365, where he worked for over six years as the director of personnel and director of operations. Prior to SKS365, he also held positions of responsibility in the corporate and human resources sectors at global brands such as Barclays, HSBC, Vodafone, and ACIN.
With his appointment, the personnel function will be represented on the executive management team, underscoring Kambi's commitment to its employees and recognizing the fundamental role that a strong and committed workforce plays in driving business success.
