An anonymous source revealed to the local media that a park in the Ou chrov district of Cambodia is under vigorous construction.
The park covers more than 1000 hectares and includes residential areas, supermarkets, casinos, golf courses, and racetracks as part of its comprehensive facilities.
The source claimed that a Chinese-funded company has concealed an illegal online casino within the park project. This casino operates scams through a Call Center system, with members mainly from Nepal, Pakistan, India, and China, most of whom have relocated from Sihanoukville.
The source also mentioned that these foreign employees (such as those from China, Nepal, and India) are not allowed to leave the park, and are closely monitored by company security, working over 10 hours a day.
Due to the high pressure of work, many employees choose to resign, but the likelihood of approval is very low.
Local media subsequently interviewed officials from the district where the park is located. The district chief responded to the media, stating that the project involves investments amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars and has received high-level approval.
According to plans, the area is set to develop into a modern entertainment center, but the specific commercial activities are not clear to him, as district-level officials cannot freely enter the company area.
