High Roller Technologies announces a new partnership with iConvert aimed at enhancing its player acquisition and retention capabilities. This collaboration aims to improve the conversion rates and user deposits across the company's entire market.
The agreement enables High Roller's gaming brands to implement iConvert's exit intent pre-registration overlay and gamification tools.
These technologies are designed to enhance user engagement and improve the on-site experience—initial activities have been launched in selected international markets in the fourth quarter of 2024.
iConvert will also provide High Roller with its full suite of on-site engagement tools and behavioral technologies.
Speaking about the partnership, iConvert CEO Ashley Wood said: "Partnering with High Roller was one of the easiest decisions we've made. The High Roller team has a strong influence in its various markets, and we look forward to helping them continue to grow."
High Roller's Chief Marketing Officer Sven Kaltenegger added: "Achieving high conversion rates is crucial in the rapidly evolving iGaming ecosystem. Our collaboration with iConvert strengthens our acquisition and retention strategies, enhances conversion rates and player experience, and elevates player retention to a new level."
Earlier this month, High Roller appointed Kristofer Muscat as Chief Operating Officer. Muscat, formerly the COO of Eastrock Group, brings industry experience focused on developing machine learning technologies aimed at enhancing player experience and reducing operational costs.
