RubyPlay, an innovative B2B iGaming development studio, has appointed Motti Gil as its new Chief Financial Officer to support the company's bold ambitions for further international expansion. Motti joins RubyPlay after a distinguished tenure at NeoGames group, where he played a key role in the company's expansion.
After joining Aspire Global as CFO in 2016, Motti played a leadership role in its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2017 and contributed to its organic growth along with critical M&A activities, most notably integrating Pariplay and BtoBet into the company's portfolio before it was acquired by NeoGames in 2022.
He was promoted to CFO of NeoGames shortly after the announcement that Aristocrat would acquire the company for $1.2 billion, further demonstrating his ability to manage financial operations during periods of growth and transformation.
In his new role at RubyPlay, Motti will focus on establishing and enhancing financial and business policies to support the company's rapid expansion, especially following its recent entry into the US market with Rush Street Interactive.
This strategic hire underscores RubyPlay's commitment to strengthening its leadership team and overall position in the global gaming industry.
