O Vibra Group, a content and platform provider for the Latin America region, has acquired TSA, a Brazilian technology company that has been one of its oldest development partners. The acquisition will further strengthen the award-winning company and accelerate its expansion plans with the integration of 55 platform specialists based in northern Brazil.
TSA and Vibra Group have been long-time partners, with TSA significantly contributing to Vibra's technological growth. TSA, which operates under the trade name ServiceNet (SNET), also holds active contracts as a technology provider for various Brazilian lotteries, including: Loteria do Tocantins, Loteria do Maranhão, Loteria de Sergipe, and Loteria da Paraíba.
The integration of TSA's team of experts immediately enhances Vibra's platform development roadmap, providing additional resources for the Vibra Solutions business unit and consolidating Vibra Group's structure in the Latin America region.
The team based in Argentina focuses on the development of game studios, Remote Gaming Server (RGS), and Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM), while the team in Brazil specializes in Player Account Management (PAM) and sportsbook solutions.
Vibra's product strategy is designed to meet all the needs of its clients, offering a complete solution in three main areas: Sportsbook and casino platform, with multiple levels of customization and flexibility. Content aggregation platform, which includes proprietary titles and third-party games from leading industry brands.
The EGM (Electronic Gaming Machines) platform allows operators to distribute products and content through VLT/retail terminals.
