Press release.- Greentube, the digital entertainment and gaming division of NOVOMATIC, has officially changed the name of Ineor, its Slovenian software solutions subsidiary, to Greentube SI.
The acquisition, which was initially signed in January 2023, has now been further solidified with the rebranding of Ineor to Greentube SI, marking a significant milestone for both companies as they enhance their technological capabilities and drive mutual growth.
The deal allowed Greentube to purchase 80 percent of the shares of the Slovenian company nearly two years ago, ensuring the full integration of Ineor's cutting-edge software development capabilities and resources, solidifying its position as a leader in digital gaming technology.
By integrating Ineor's proven capabilities in sports betting software and online gaming, Greentube is now better equipped to offer advanced and scalable digital solutions to its global operating partners.
