The Phnom Penh police launched a sudden raid on the "Boao Mingcheng" park located in the Cotton District, capturing over 300 "dog pushers", including Chinese and Vietnamese individuals.
It is understood that this operation was ordered by the Director-General of the National Police, Su Tong, who demanded the encirclement of this park suspected of illegal online gambling.
According to local residents, the park was populated by Chinese and Vietnamese people.
Currently, these 300+ individuals have been taken to the National Police Headquarters for investigation.
Previously, there were many exposés on social media about the Boao park, including claims that one "Japanese disk" team defrauded millions of US dollars, and its boss made tens of billions of yen and owned luxury cars like Maybachs.
