The concession contract of Grupo Vinnare, which operated the FullReto brand, concluded on December 18, 2024.
Colombia.- Given the expiration of the contract operated by Grupo Vinnare S.A.S., through the brand FullReto, and as part of the supervision process, Coljuegos reported that it is conducting strict monitoring to ensure that the company reimburses balances to more than 10,000 users who gambled through the platform.
In this regard, Marco Emilio Hincapié, president of Coljuegos, stated: "As an entity, we are committed to protecting the rights of players. Therefore, Grupo Vinnare S.A.S. has been required to ensure the funds for payment to bettors as established in the concession contract."
Similarly, the official clarified that although Coljuegos manages the rentistic monopoly of games of chance, the operation of these games is in charge of authorized companies: "That is why at this stage, it must be the operator who responds promptly to user complaints," explained Hincapié.

Also, according to the concession contract signed by Grupo Vinnare S.A.S., it is the operator's obligation to establish a fiduciary assignment with the aim of safeguarding the resources of players that could not be reimbursed after the cessation of FullReto's operations.
"Once the fiduciary assignment is established, we will be informing the public on how to apply for the reimbursement of their funds. We are exercising strict control to protect the rights of bettors," stated the head of Coljuegos.
It is worth remembering that the concession contract of Grupo Vinnare S.A.S. ended on December 18, 2024, a date from which the platform ceased to operate online betting.
Finally, Hincapié said: "We invite bettors to migrate to any of the 15 platforms that are authorized to operate internet games in our country. In this way, in addition to obtaining healthy entertainment, they can continue contributing to the health of Colombians."
