IGT Global Services Limited, a subsidiary of International Game Technology (IGT), has signed a 10-year contract with the National Lottery of Luxembourg, Loterie Nationale.
IGT will be responsible for upgrading the lottery's central gaming system, point of sale terminals, and peripheral equipment using its products.
This will include its integrated lottery solution Omina, as well as the Retailer Pro terminals, GameTouch, and GameTouch Draw S2 self-service lottery vending machines.
Léon Losch, the Director of the French National Lottery, stated: "For over 20 years, IGT has been a trusted partner of the French National Lottery, supporting retail growth and digital transformation.
"Utilizing IGT's advanced technology to upgrade our lottery and iLottery solutions can pave the way for our continued sales growth, provide a first-class experience for our players, and enable us to continue supporting charitable causes."
It is worth noting that IGT is the main technology provider for 26 of the 46 lotteries in the United States, 8 of the top 10 largest lotteries globally, and 16 of the top 25 largest lotteries worldwide.
The IGT RGS platform will also allow players to access an instant iGaming content portfolio, including omni-channel games, popular licensed content, and progressive jackpot games.

Across the Atlantic, IGT is the first gambling industry supplier to receive the iCAP Ready certification from the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) in the United States.
This process assessed its commitment to internet responsible gambling standards, responsible gambling, and mental health.
