The regulatory body for gambling in Jujuy seeks to facilitate the betting payment process.
Argentina.- In an effort to modernize and facilitate the betting payment process, the Provincial Institute of Gambling of Jujuy (InProJuy) has implemented a new payment method using QR code at all authorized official sales points in the northern Argentine province.
As explained by the regulatory body, this method aims not only to optimize the user experience but also to ensure a smooth and secure transition towards new technologies.
Benefits of the new payment system:
Regarding the payment process with QR code, the agency explained that firstly, the player must place their bet at any of the official sales points authorized by InProJuy, then they must request the QR code for the payment of their bet. The third step is to scan the code with their mobile phone using any payment app that supports QR. Finally, once the transaction is confirmed, the bet will be registered within minutes.
“With this initiative, InProJuy reaffirms its commitment to modernization and security in gambling, while promoting the use of official sales points for better regulation and control,” the agency assured.
