Ferrara will primarily focus on North America as the company seeks to expand its operations in the regulated markets of the region.
Press release.- Altenar has appointed Matthew Ferrara as the sales manager to drive growth in the North American igaming market.
Ferrara worked for two years in Croatia as a live trader of American sports for Superbet before returning to the United States to join the micro-betting provider Kero Sports as a business development manager, specializing in outbound sales and strategic partnerships.
Now, from Miami, he strengthens Altenar's sales team and will primarily focus on North America, as the sports betting provider seeks to expand its operation in the regulated markets of the region. This strategic hire represents a significant investment by the provider, following the appointment of Sam Hill as sales director last year.
Charlie Williams, commercial director of Altenar, stated: "We are thrilled to have Matthew on board to strengthen our sales operation in North America, among other markets. He has a great understanding of the operators' needs and will be valuable as we look to onboard more North American clients."

Matthew Ferrara, sales manager of Altenar, added: "My previous roles have given me a good understanding of the pain points of sports betting operators and what they look for in a sports betting solution. Altenar's product has great appeal and I am excited to meet new potential clients to highlight what we can do."
