Sweden-based company Gaming Corps has extended its game development partnership with a leading global igaming group, which doubles the scope of its initial agreement.
The original contract was signed in August 2024 with an order value of around US$623,000. The update to the contract puts the annual rolling order value up to around $1.25m.
This new agreement will allow for the development of approximately one game per month. Additionally, this agreement will be perpetual so will guarantee a consistent stream of game development.
Games developed under this agreement will be powered by Gaming Corps' Remote Game Server (RGS) and distributed through its global network. As with the initial partnership, the agreement includes a mutually beneficial profit-sharing structure.
"Already the initial order value was at a level that had a significant impact on our turnover, so this doubling of the scope of the collaboration at the same time as it has also been changed to a rolling perpetual agreement, is of course fantastic news for the company and all shareholders,” said Gaming Corps' CEO, Juha Kauppinen.
“Even though we know that we maintain very high quality regarding our game development, it is also nice to receive such a clear receipt from an established player that we deliver unique gaming experiences to their customers. The fact that the agreement has been changed to a perpetual agreement also shows the long-term nature of this collaboration. Without saying too much, we are also having a dialogue about deepening this collaboration further in the future."
