Flutter and Aviator have agreed a long-term commercial partnership, which will see Aviator-branded online games being marketed and distributed internationally by Flutter.
The agreement brings an end to the legal dispute between Flutter and Aviator.
Aviator claimed in the ruling that Spribe, the developer of the Aviator crash game, had illegally copied the company’s trademarked plane image.
However, Spribe reaffirmed on LinkedIn last week that it has its own trademark for the game.
Flutter and Spribe were ordered to pay damages amounting to €330m, but Aviator and Flutter have now struck an agreement.
