This tool provides users with personalized insights into betting activities and has been used by approximately 3.5 million customers, indicating an increasing awareness and adoption of Responsible Gambling (RG) tools.

My Spend allows users to track their deposits, betting activities, and net gains over different periods, aiming to help them manage their spending habits.

Worth noting: To encourage participation, FanDuel launched a dedicated My Spend advertising campaign during the NFL playoffs through TV, digital, and social media platforms; consumer research shows that 75% of customers who watched the campaign believe the tool is useful for tracking and managing their betting activities.

In response to the success of "My Spend," FanDuel also introduced Deposit Alerts, a new RG feature that allows customers to set daily, weekly, and monthly budget goals. When users reach their preset limits, they receive notifications.

Commenting on these developments, Jill Watkins, Senior Business Director of Responsible Gaming at FanDuel, stated: "We want our customers to understand their expenditures and ensure they are within their comfort zones.

"Since the launch of 'My Spend,' we have seen an increasing number of tools that allow our customers to create personalized plans to manage their entertainment activities."

Related news: FanDuel recently announced a partnership with the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL). As the official sports betting and in-app streaming partner, FanDuel now offers live broadcasts of up to 90 PWHL regular season and playoff games.
