Detroit’s three casinos saw sizable bumps in revenue in January 2025 compared to the same month last year.
MGM, MotorCity and Hollywood Casino at Greektown combined to report $104.8 million in revenue for the month. Nearly all of that (102.3 million) came from table games and slots, while $2.5 million came from retail sports betting.
That figure is up 8.9 percent compared to January, 2024. MGM and MotorCity both saw bumps of more than 12 percent year-over-year, while Hollywood Casino at Greektown saw a two percent dip in revenue.
MGM had the biggest revenue figure at $49.9 million, followed by MotorCity (30.6) and Hollywood Casino at Greektown (21.8).
