Wyoming skilled-based games have produced net proceeds of $2.34 million for operators from revenues of $9.64 million in January.

While revenues increased 6 percent from $9.09 million in January 2024 to $9.64 million a year later, net proceeds fell year-over-year by 1.7 percent.

The Wyoming Gaming Commission reported that players received $7.3 million in payouts from that $9.6 million figure.

Wyoming Amusement Inc. was the most significant generator of skill-based net proceeds, collecting more than $428,000 in proceeds from revenue of more than $1.7 million. That was 18 percent of the total generated by 14 operators.

Worrying Amusement saw similar numbers, generating more than $404,000 in net proceeds from revenues of $1.6 million. These two operators were the only ones to earn more than $400,000 in proceeds.

Other significant contributors include Jenkins Music and Entertainment Experts, bringing in $382,000 and $314,000 in net proceeds, respectively. Jul Box added $298,000 in proceeds, while S & C Vending LLC contributed $292,000.

No other operator brought in proceeds of more than $100,000.

A 20 percent tax on skilled-based game net proceeds amounted to more than $468,000 in January 2025.

Wyoming gambling may be in for some changes as the city of Sheridan is looking to move two gambling properties to an industrial zone.
