Joel Viado, the Director of the Bureau of Immigration, stated that they have arranged a new round of deportations in the next few days.
He did not specify the number of people to be deported, but noted that about 450 foreigners had been arrested by early 2025.

The Director of Immigration noted that over 22,000 POGO workers have "voluntarily left" the country, while the actions of the remaining 11,000 are being monitored.
Viado stated: "This is a whole-government approach, just as the president has tasked us, involving various agencies such as PAOCC, PNP, NBI, BI, and we keep communicating to track these people down."
