BetConstruct has officially joined the Swedish Online Gambling Trade Association (BOS).
This move marks the company's commitment to the regulated gambling market in Sweden, with its B2C brand VBet operating under a local gambling license.
BetConstruct Compliance Officer Shacke Manukyan commented on this development, saying: "Becoming a member of BOS is an important milestone for BetConstruct. Through this membership, we can collaborate with key industry stakeholders to promote responsible gaming, innovation, and a fair competitive environment in Sweden.
"We look forward to contributing our expertise and working together to shape the future of the Swedish gambling industry."
BOS Secretary General Gustaf Hoffstedt added: "We are very pleased to welcome BetConstruct to the BOS family. BOS brings together the major international gambling companies in the Swedish gambling market.
"BetConstruct's significance in Sweden has been increasing over the years, and we look forward to their involvement.
"Thanks to BetConstruct, we have not only strengthened the association's expertise in the business-to-consumer sector but also as a gaming provider."
It is worth noting: This development occurs as the Swedish Central Bank actively calls for amendments to the Swedish Gambling Act to address loopholes that allow unlicensed operators to target Swedish players
BetConstruct's entry into BOS aligns with its broader expansion strategy, which has enabled the company to establish multiple partnerships.
For example, in December 2024, BetConstruct announced an agreement with Galaxy Gaming to integrate Galaxy's table game content into BetConstruct's platform.
The company also established a partnership with Flutter earlier last year and set up a CRM partnership with Fast Track.
