3 Oaks Gaming has obtained official certification to operate in Brazil's newly regulated iGaming market.
The company's remote gaming system, random number generator, and a series of slot games have been approved by Brazilian authorities, allowing the supplier to offer its content to licensed operators nationwide.
This approval follows the regulatory framework issued by Brazil's Secretariat of Awards and Bets, which will take effect in January 2025.
The certification ensures that 3 Oaks Gaming complies with the compliance and technical standards required by the new national legislation.
Good news: The approved games include Lucky Penny, 3 Hot Chillies, and Coin Volcano, and Brazilian players can now play these games through authorized platforms.
Brazil's regulated online gambling market is expected to become one of the most lucrative markets globally, with Statista predicting its revenue to exceed 6.5 billion euros (USD 7.4 billion) by 2025. This development makes Brazil a primary growth target for international suppliers.
3 Oaks Gaming is also expanding in other regulated markets, including Romania, where it has established a regional hub to support operations across Southeast Europe.
In August 2024, the company also partnered with WA.Technology to distribute its content across multiple operator platforms. This agreement allows 3 Oaks to integrate its games into WA.Technology's ecosystem, which supports over 4,500 games globally.
Yuriy Muratov, Chief Commercial Officer of 3 Oaks Gaming, stated: "Obtaining the certification in Brazil is a remarkable achievement for 3 Oaks Gaming and a crucial step in our development. The Brazilian market has tremendous potential, and we are thrilled to bring our slot content to licensed operators in the market."
With this certification, 3 Oaks Gaming becomes one of the latest suppliers to enter Brazil's regulated iGaming ecosystem.
