Tangiamo Touch Technology AB (publ) ("Tangiamo" or "the Company") today updated its activities in North America and the Caribbean, highlighting its latest developments in the United States, Canada, and the Dominican Republic.
This includes working as a supplier with leading licensed US iGaming operators using Tangiamo's dice shakers and iADR software, continuing collaboration with Loto Québec, and discussions with local partner Grupo Caribant in the Dominican Republic about online sports betting and casino products.
These initiatives are part of a broader strategy by Tangiamo to expand its influence in these regions and establish long-term business value through targeted deployments and partnerships.
In the United States, Tangiamo has become a supplier to a well-known iGaming operator, using the company's dice shaker hardware and proprietary iADR software platform.
The onboarding process includes an agreement covering the deployment of Tangiamo's hardware and software solutions within the certified iGaming operational scope. The agreement also includes standard commercial and compliance terms common in corporate contracts. Any orders or revenue-generating deployments resulting from this agreement will be announced separately.
In Canada, Tangiamo continues to work with its distributor RBY Gaming and Loto Québec. The launch date for the delivered MultiPLAY Classic tables has not yet been determined, and teams are still closely coordinating to complete this process.
While the pace of progress highlights the complexity of introducing new technologies in a regulated land-based casino environment, Tangiamo expects that a successful launch will create more opportunities for its MultiPLAY Classic and Ignite products. The company views this relationship as a significant long-term opportunity within the Canadian market and a gateway to broader land-based innovation in regulated environments.
Finally, in March, Tangiamo visited the Dominican Republic and met with local partner Grupo Caribant. The visit focused on opportunities for the MultiPLAY Ignite product, the Trustplay iGaming platform, and online sports betting and casino products.
This visit marked an important step towards establishing potential online collaborations in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, reflecting Tangiamo's global ambitions with a focus on innovation and partnerships based on local market insights. Any new agreements resulting from this will be communicated to the market upon realization.
Chris Steele, CEO of Tangiamo, stated: "What we see across the region validates our technology strategy. Each area requires a tailored approach, and we are methodically establishing Tangiamo's business where we see the most potential. We are committed to creating lasting value and will share meaningful developments with our investors as our plans progress."
