Rank Group announced its third-quarter results up to March 31, 2025, which were encouraging, with growth in both digital and physical businesses.
The group's like-for-like net gaming revenue (NGR) was £195.6 million, up 10.9% year-over-year. Since the beginning of the year, NGR has reached £597.4 million, an increase of 12.2% from last year.
Grosvenor's venues contributed £90.4 million in revenue for the third quarter, up 13%. Within this, table gaming grew by 14.5%, and electronic roulette increased by 9.5%.
Digital operations grew by 15.4%, mainly due to a 43.2% increase in the Grosvenor brand. Although the Spanish market has slightly declined, management remains optimistic about future recovery through platform improvements.
Mecca venues saw a slight increase of 1.9%, while Spain's Enracha venues rose by 4.1%.
CEO John O'Reilly stated that despite macroeconomic pressures, operators are still expected to meet full-year profit forecasts.
He added that the industry is awaiting the latest news on land reform from the government, expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The operator will announce its preliminary full-year results up to June 30, 2025, on August 14.
