Already Media has announced the acquisition of Live Casino Comparer, a review platform focused on live dealer casino content.
The final amount of the acquisition was not disclosed, marking the latest step in Already Media's strategy to expand its affiliate portfolio through the acquisition of online gambling brands and technology transformation.
Live Casino Comparer was founded in 2014, dedicated to providing in-depth reviews and educational content for players interested in live dealer games.
The site's founder, Neil Walker, will continue to be involved in the business after the acquisition—both as a consultant and as an active member of the content team.
His expertise is expected to help expand the site's output in consumer and business verticals.
It is worth noting that this acquisition took place after Already Media's acquisition of PokerListings in 2024, which was followed by a platform migration and regional expansion.
Already Media plans to rebuild the platform, modernize infrastructure, and expand its influence in new geographic markets and content formats.
