According to the announcement, all operations in the Philippine offline VIP lounges will be suspended, but Jiuding's overseas lounges and other international operations will continue to operate normally. From today until May 9, members can go to any VIP lounge under Jiuding Group to process withdrawals.
For customers in the Manila area withdrawing more than 5 million Philippine pesos, an appointment must be made in advance through the customer service hotline, and all withdrawal transactions will be free of charge.
