Philippines' renowned digital entertainment platform operator DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (which owns BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone) recently released its financial report for the first half of 2025, with a net profit of 8.4 billion pesos, a 61% increase year-over-year; revenue reached 477.8 billion pesos, up 47% year-over-year; earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) surged by 65% to 90.9 billion pesos, indicating improved operational efficiency and continuous expansion of user base.
Looking at the second quarter alone, the company's net profit was 4.2 billion pesos, up 30% year-over-year; revenue was 247.1 billion pesos, up 31% year-over-year; EBITDA increased by 32% year-over-year to 4.5 billion pesos. The growth in performance was mainly due to strong retail gaming business, new game launches, and new licenses approved by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
On the international stage, DigiPlus was selected for the second consecutive year into the Fortune Southeast Asia Top 500, and won the "Digital Operator of the Year" award at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Global Gaming Awards, demonstrating its expanding regional influence.
Additionally, DigiPlus actively engages in charitable activities through the BingoPlus Foundation, including the "FutureSmart Program" which provides scholarships to 130 students, the "KalusuganPLUS" medical mission serving over 3,300 patients, and promoting financial literacy among local drivers and vendors. In July 2025, the company also distributed food packages and rice worth 5 million pesos to communities affected by typhoons.
