On July 4th, the Philippines Bureau of Immigration announced that the "Foreign Nationals Detention Center" (BI Warden Facility, abbreviated as BIWF) located within the Montinlupa National Penitentiary compound is now officially operational. This center is specifically designed for detaining foreign
