Filipinos are all cursing at Xiao Ma.
Every day they get all excited about pogo, and when the typhoon comes, the government is truly incompetent. Little Marcos only knows how to show off and brag.
Over 3 million people have been affected, and an additional 46 people have died. It is both a natural disaster and a man-made calamity.
These past few days I haven't gone out, and after today, it will be almost like being blown all the way to Vietnam.
