Premier Entertainment Shreveport, LLC，运营Bally’s Shreveport Casino & Hotel，以及Louisiana Casino Cruises, LLC（The Queen Baton Rouge）和Catfish Queen, LLC（Belle of Baton Rouge），已提交请愿书，请求批准三个实体作为机构投资者。
该委员会还批准了Bally’s Corporation与The Queen Casino & Entertainment之间的合并。
