8) They hold onto your passport to torment you, not even paying commissions or base salary.

If you really have the capability, doing something else might be more profitable.

4. After changes in equity and personnel, the company's management leadership is more inclined towards the development direction of the Fujian faction. From details to practical operations, the original group is gone forever.

5. Tragic cases, usually after a major competition ends in losses, employees have been kidnapped by the company, taken to mountain villas, put in dark rooms, and confined. They've been monitored and audited by the company, beaten naked with whips and stun guns, just short of being killed. Whether it's power struggles or conflicts of interest, influential leaders can lock you in a dark room. At this point, you have to take the blame for everything, and they threaten your life. Those who pay enough can be released; those who don't pay enough might end up being sold to industrial parks or even local prisons. Thought you could speak up for yourself? Your phones and computers are confiscated, leaving no evidence, and those who whitewash say you're slandering, mindlessly criticizing, and most people haven't even realized it yet. 6. After a large influx of foreign nationals into middle management and administrative personnel, there has been a significant situation within many departments where Chinese are treated as second-class citizens. For instance, foreigners generally insist on not working overtime, or they take positions that do not require overtime, while Chinese have to work overtime every day, trapped in this cursed fate.

7. After replacing a large number of grassroots employees with Chinese-speaking people from China or Southeast Asian countries, the proportion of Chinese in the company has decreased, and their voice has weakened. Issues like safety are thrown to the back of the mind, with interests prevailing. Where employees are placed depends on cost and convenience. Some departments have already moved to the Golden Triangle, where leaders have unlimited power. Influential people can lock you up in a dark room or sell you off for any trivial reason, and even more cruel and bloody incidents might happen eventually.
