Indonesia’s Online Gambling Eradication Task Force is about to launch an investigation into suspected gambling activities within national government departments and institutions.
The task force was established last month and is headed by Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Hadi Cha Supervised by Hanto. The task force is currently preparing for an investigation, including compiling a list of employees within government agencies suspected of being involved in gambling.
After completing the preliminary phase, the investigation will move to the next phase. The Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center will track any suspicious bank account activity.
