"They are ensuring that the laboratories approved for the Brazilian market know exactly how to certify the games included in the decree," Baungartner said told iGB earlier this month.
Despite the slow start, Udo Seckelmann, head of gaming and crypto at Bichara e Motta Advogados, predicts that by the end of August there will be as many as 60 operators submitted applications.
