On July 16, 2024, Crystal Nadal was appointed as the Sales Director of QTech Games. Nadal has extensive experience in the gaming industry, having worked for companies such as Aura Gaming and Solid Gaming.
Nadal's career spans nearly 20 years, her first job being in sales for Oil Star Ventures in 2005 and marketing executives. Over the next nine years, she held various positions in various industries, including Givenchy and Rosa Clará, before joining EveryMatrix in November 2014 as Sales Manager.
For about a year and a half, she was responsible for product demonstrations, delivering reports and keeping a close eye on Southeast Asia and Australasia Responsibilities such as regulatory and compliance development in other locations.
In July 2016, Nadal joined Betsoft Gaming as a sales and account manager, and then worked for a period in a private company, and then Served in a senior marketing position at Solid Gaming from April 2018 to July 2022. In July 2022, she became chief operating officer of Aura Gaming - her first C-level position, before serving as head of Asia business development at Tom Horn Gaming until April this year.
