Blexr has announced the appointment of Sophie Hodgson as its new chief operating officer (COO), who previously held the role of vice president of talent and talent.
Since joining Blexr in November 2022, Hodgson has helped establish career frameworks, transparent salary ranges and enhanced employee experiences to promote career development and employee retention.
Previously, Hodgson has worked in start-ups and multinational companies. Additionally, she takes on this new executive role after serving as CEO and founder of Storm Collaborative and chief operating officer of BAE Systems Air.
In his new role, Hodgson's responsibilities will remain in the Talent and Corporate departments, while also assisting the rest of the management team with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Speaking about his new role, Hodgson said: "I am very excited to take on this new challenge and continue to build on the strong foundation we have established at Blex. My goal is to create a positive and efficient environment that attracts and retains top talent and develops employees engagement, and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion consistent with Blexr’s overall strategy.”

In April 2022, Blexr announced the acquisition of New Zealand casino review site CasinoReviews.net.nz to enhance its product portfolio.
