Game Lounge announced that its Swedish website SveaCasino.Se is now compliant with QMRA (Quality Mark Regulatory Assurance) standards.
QMRA was launched in February 2024 and is available in multiple jurisdictions including Sweden, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Michigan (USA), UK, Poland, Estonia, and Ontario (Canada).
QMRA inherits the success of the Dutch Quality Mark (KVA) and has already included many well-known members such as Gaming Innovation Group, Applied Digital Media Group, Leadstar Media, and Game Lounge.
SveaCasino.Se, with an estimated monthly visitation of 100,000 people, now becomes the latest site to display the QMRA mark, indicating its adherence to the QMRA compliance guidelines.
These guidelines ensure that affiliates do not promote unlicensed operators. They also aim to ensure that affiliates engage in responsible advertising, design prudent and balanced marketing campaigns, and generally contribute to responsible gaming.
In recent months, many other companies have also announced the adoption of QMRA policies.
For example, last month, GiG Media announced its decision to implement QMRA on all its websites operated in regulated markets.
GiG Media COO Milorad Matejic commented on the decision: "GiG Media is pleased to work with QMRA to strengthen our compliance initiatives. By adhering to its standards on websites that serve the market, it shows GiG Media's commitment to compliance."
QMRA Director Steven Vrolijk added: "GiG was one of the first members of KVA, so we are already very familiar with each other. GiG understands our work and serious efforts. I am pleased to say that our KVA evidence has made them the first company to set QMRA as an official company policy."
