BetBlocker is a UK registered charity that offers a free application to block online gambling sites.
The desktop version blocks over 84,500 sites, while the mobile application blocks 1,500 sites and gambling apps.
At the time of writing this article, BetBlocker has been deployed on nearly 15,000 devices and comes equipped with parental controls to limit additional adult content.
Aristocrat is not the only company to see the potential in this organization; Stake has also reached a similar agreement with the charity.
BetBlocker founder and trustee Duncan Garvie said: "The BetBlocker project has gained significant momentum in 2024, receiving recognition from some of the most prestigious and knowledgeable organizations in the field, as well as support from industry event organizers, which helps to raise awareness of the services we offer.
"But the simple fact is, without donations from socially conscious businesses within the industry, none of what we do would be possible.
"The BetBlocker team and I are very grateful for the support provided by Aristocrat."
Aristocrat will support BetBlocker through donations to ensure the application can continue to help those struggling with gambling-related harm.
Garvie continued: "This support ensures we can continue to help the tens of thousands of people who use BetBlocker every day, helping them to manage gambling channels responsibly and minimize gambling harm."
BetBlocker is available for Windows, Linus, Mac, Android, iOS, Fire OS, and AppGallery.
