Independent slot machine studio Thunderkick has entered the Colombian market through a partnership with operator Luckia, expanding its business in Latin America.
This move marks Thunderkick's second venture into the region, having recently entered Mexico through an agreement with RushBet.
Luckia obtained a gambling license from the Colombian regulatory authority Coljuegos in 2018 and will now offer its players Thunderkick's online casino game portfolio.
This includes games such as "Xterminate", "Midas Golden Touch 2", and "12 Bolts of Thunder".
Earlier this year, Thunderkick announced plans to strengthen its position in the European market and expand its influence in North and South America.
Thunderkick's Account Manager Mariam Dadosh stated, "Expanding in the regulated Latin American market remains a focal point of Thunderkick's business plan, and entering Colombia demonstrates our determination to diversify development into new jurisdictions."
Luckia's Product Manager Eloy Fernandez added, "Thunderkick has been creating unique, immersive games for over a decade, and we are eager to offer these product portfolios to our players."
This expansion into Colombia follows Thunderkick's activities in other markets, including a partnership with Spain's Paf, which has already provided its games to Spanish players.
Earlier this month, Luckia became the official partner of the Spanish and Mexican La Liga, part of its efforts to enhance brand recognition and attract new audiences in these regions.
