Earlier this year, Kentucky Public Radio first reported on the surge of such machines in gas stations, revealing that there are currently over 600 of these devices in operation.

He stated, "The games entice players to continue playing because they believe the amount won in the next game will exceed their current spending." Following this guidance, Prominent's attorney Bob Heleringer expressed disappointment but confirmed that the company would comply with the regulations and shut down these machines within the prescribed timeframe.
