Premier League jersey advertising sponsorships have always been highly coveted.

For the 2024/2025 Premier League season, jersey advertising sponsorships alone have exceeded 500 million pounds.

Excluding Chelsea, the total value of the jersey front advertising for the other nineteen teams this season is 422.5 million pounds, with an additional 111.25 million pounds from jersey sleeve advertising.

Additionally, clubs like Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Leicester City, Wolves, and Bournemouth have seen increases in their jersey front advertising revenues.

The only exception is Chelsea.

Up to the third round of the Premier League, they still have not confirmed the main sponsor for their jersey front advertising.

This makes them the only one among the 20 Premier League teams without a main jersey sponsor.

It is understood that Chelsea is negotiating with interested parties, hoping to secure a sponsorship of 40 million pounds. However, due to their failure to qualify for the Champions League, it is difficult for them to secure a lucrative sponsorship deal.

Of course, the financially robust Chelsea might not be short of money.

In fact, Chelsea faced the same situation last season.

At that time, due to a conflict of interest with the Premier League's television broadcasting rights holders, Chelsea's deal with Paramount+ failed.

Additionally, Premier League clubs' jersey sponsors are also "leading companies" in the apparel sector.

A total of seven different apparel brands—Adidas, Castore, Macron, Nike, Puma, SUDU, and Umbro sponsor the twenty Premier League teams.

Adidas is the main jersey supplier for the new Premier League season, providing jerseys for seven teams. Over the past 10 seasons, Adidas has been the most frequent jersey provider for eight seasons.
