Casumo has undergone significant reforms, introducing a new brand identity and restructuring its entire executive team.
This comprehensive reorganization is one of the most significant marketing and personnel changes the company has ever made.
The new executive team is known for its diversity, with nearly half of the members being women, including Chief Customer Experience Officer Sandhya Singh, who has work experience at Meta, Amazon, and HP.
In addition to this, Casumo's management team includes both newcomers and seasoned team members. This includes CEO Francesco Postiglione who joined last year, COO Tim De Borle, Group CFO Janice Duncan, Chief Compliance Officer Kerry Swainson, CTO Cristina Turbatu, CMO Nikola Jellačić, Chief Product Officer Tony O'Mahony, and Chief Human Resources Officer Martin Schillig.
Regarding these changes, Casumo's COO Tim De Borle stated: "This is a year of change and transformation, much of which has yet to be seen by the industry or our participants.
"The entire organization has been in a massive transformation phase for about a year, and to some extent, it still is.
"It is an honor to work for an organization and brand like Casumo, but some of the factors that contributed to past successes only make sense in a different era and under different regulatory conditions. So, we need to clearly change direction."
The new CMO Nikola Jellačić added: "This brings new energy to the company. I wouldn't necessarily call it a rebirth, but I would call it a story of resurgence."
Earlier this year, Gambling Insider interviewed Casumo's CFO Janice Duncan, discussing the company's brand reshaping efforts.
In the interview, Duncan mentioned the inclusive work culture within the company, stating: "I think the fact that we implement a 50/50 gender ratio at the executive level makes people believe that no matter who you are or where you come from, there is an opportunity."
