The funds raised by the IPLyC are returned to the Misiones community and distributed through the transfer system to various organizations.
Argentina.- The Provincial Institute of Lottery and Casinos (IPLyC Misiones) reported that during the first half of the year, it transferred AR$637,254,022 (USD657,455) to public entities in Misiones.
The institute is a state-owned company dedicated to the administration, control, and exploitation of gambling, activities of official agencies, casinos, racetracks, and other related activities in the province of Misiones. The funds raised are returned to the community throughout the province and distributed through the transfer system to various organizations for the development of social policies, health, education, among others.
The month in which the contribution was highest was May, when more than AR$132,751,543 (USD136,960) were transferred to Social Development, Education, Health, Culture, or Public Health. The second was June, with AR$125,335,549 (USD129,309) in transfers. The third was April, in which AR$103,313,686 (USD106,589) were transferred to various recipients. In March, the transfers were AR$98,778,619 (USD101,910), while in January and February the transfers did not exceed AR$85m.

Considering the second half of 2024, so far only with figures from July and August, the transfers made by the Misiones Lottery and Casinos Institute (IPLyC) from January to August have been AR$895,907,074 (USD924,307).
The president of the Provincial Institute of Lottery and Casinos (IPLyC Misiones), Héctor Rojas Decut, spoke before the Budget Committee in the Chamber of Deputies of Misiones, to report on the agency's projections regarding revenue and profits for the next year.
