According to the new scale, there will be USD 3.4m in prizes, with the top prize being USD 556,000.
Colombia.- Next Friday, October 18, will be the first draw of the new prize plan of the Lotería del Risaralda, as the entity announced that from that date the top prize will increase to COP 2.333m (USD 556,000).
In total, the Lotería del Risaralda will award prizes worth COP 14.400m (USD 3.4m) in the game, because in addition to the COP 2.333m, there will be 31 fixed prizes of COP 1.785m (USD 425,000), series approximations and non-series approximations, as well as payment for the series of the top prize.
The new prize plan will continue the millionaire ladder, another option for bettors to win. The Lotería del Risaralda, with this new prize plan, becomes the lottery that pays the most in the Eje Cafetero, fulfilling the goal of Governor Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa, to position the entity as the most important lottery in the country. In fact, the entity had not modified its prize scale since 2017, so this change represents a necessary advancement that the entity had to face.
In this new bet of the Lottery, the Government of Risaralda recognizes the importance for health. “This new prize plan is one of the biggest bets of our governor, since playing legally is betting on the health of Colombians; this important news strengthens our health sector, meeting the needs of the people of Risaralda,” mentioned the acting governor Sandra Milena Henao.
The ticket of the Lotería del Risaralda will have 3 fractions valued at COP 4,000 (USD 0.95) each, for a total of COP 12,000 (USD 2.86) per ticket, of which, COP 1,440 (USD 0.34) are transferred to health.
