SOFTSWISS supports the global initiative of Pink October to draw attention to breast cancer prevention. This year's company campaign is themed 'One Minute Today, A Future Ahead', highlighting the importance of early detection and preventive care.
Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women, and early diagnosis is crucial to combating the disease. When detected early, the 5-year relative survival rate is 99%.
Early detection involves performing monthly self-exams and scheduling regular clinical exams and mammograms. Half of the 2,000 employees at SOFTSWISS are women, and the company will reimburse all of them for ultrasound and mammography exams conducted in October and November.
Pink October at SOFTSWISS offers a variety of activities throughout the month. In addition to reimbursing medical exams, an online mental health webinar will be offered, providing valuable insights for those facing the disease. To support the international charity movement “Butterfly Support Mission”, the women of SOFTSWISS will participate in a themed race.
The company's employees also personally support the initiative. To further raise awareness, influencers from the SOFTSWISS community will share information about the campaign on social media, expanding the message of self-care and vigilance.
"Health is a crucial value above all. Here at SOFTSWISS, our goal is to help and support the well-being and health of our employees every day", said Valentina Bagniya, marketing director of SOFTSWISS.
"By promoting the Pink October initiative, we want to emphasize the importance of timely self-care and make this issue visible both in the iGaming industry and beyond".
Recently, SOFTSWISS received the "Employer of the Year" award at the SBC Awards, in recognition of its strong commitment to ensuring the best working conditions for its employees.
Supporting the Pink October initiative for the second consecutive year, SOFTSWISS continues to lead by example, highlighting the importance of preventive health measures and community support. Through this initiative, the company hopes to inspire its employees and society to act today for a healthier tomorrow.
